Happy autumn everyone!
Now historically, I've never really been a fan of the cold months up here in Massachusetts. Motorcycle weather is gone, the greenery recedes, and my favorite invertebrates are either entering hibernation, or dying off to make way for their offspring next spring.
Not gonna lie, I'm a fan of summer.
HOWEVER, this year is different, and it's thanks to you and the rest of our abundant learning communities here in Massachusetts. As of this November, we're a little ways into our second full year, and all of you have helped make it a great one, and continue to bring so much fun and learning to look forward to throughout 2023. Thank you all so much for joining me in our mission to get kids excited about learning science, and creating a new generation of enthusiastic entomologists!
On that note, I'm excited to let you all know that I'll be at the Boston Children's Museum for their Critter Weekends tomorrow, Saturday, November 19th 2022 from 2pm to 5pm, and Sunday, November 20th 2022 from 9:30am to 12:30pm! I'll be bringing a full spread of cool arthropods to talk about some of the amazing adaptations these creatures use for their survival.
I look forward to seeing you all there!
